    Timings Of The School Day

    At CBSC we operate a two-week timetable consisting of a ‘Gold’ week and a ‘Blue’ week. For year 7, 8, 9 and 10, each school day consists of 5 x 1-hour lessons.

    Year 11 and sixth form have a 6 lesson day on Monday to Wednesday and also on Blue Thursday. This includes 2 x 1-hour lessons after lunch.

     8:20am  All pupils are expected to be at their tutor room, or ready for assembly on the relevant days
     8:30am  Registration in Tutor Groups
     8:55am  Lesson 1
     9:55am  Lesson 2
    10:55am  Break
     11:20am  Lesson 3
     12:20pm  Lesson 4
     1:20pm  Lunch
     2:00pm  Lesson 5
     3:00pm  The school day finishes for Year 7 to 10. Lesson 6 begins for Year 11 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Blue Thursdays.
